The Firebird is produced from premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown in the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills.

Winemaking
Hand picked grapes are gently whole bunch pressed to preserve the finesse and freshness of the fruit and time on yeast lees adds texture and complexity.

Tasting Notes
The result is an elegant and refreshing sparkling wine displaying green apple, pear, strawberry and sweet brioche flavours with a creamy mousse.
