"Field grasses with a fair bit of life spring out of the glass, a sense of herb gardens and fresh limes and tangy green apples to bite into, with plenty of crunchy acidity holding up a lingering finish."

2 Silver Medals Awarded
The 2007 Sauvignon Blanc and the 2006 Shiraz were awarded Silver Medals in the 2007 Adelaide Hills Wine Show.

2004 Firebird Shiraz was included in the Pick of the Crop from over 8,000 wines tasted in 2006 by Winestate Magazine. This is a prestigeous accolade for a 1st release and highlights the quality of the wine produced by our vineyard.
"Elegant wine with sweet and vibrant spicy fruit showing a leafy edge. Simple raspberry nose and peppery palate that has structure and length with good acid."
