James Halliday has rated Nova Vita Wines a 5 star winery in the 2008 Wine Companion.
Our wines were given:

2006 Sauvignon Blanc - 91 points Advertiser Review
Tony Love has reviewed the 2006 Firebird Sauvignon Blanc as follows:
"Fresh-cut citrus fruit and chunks of grapefruit intermingle with a more delicate layer of the usual grass and tropical aromas, so you’re in familiar territory if you’ve been drinking Hills’ savvies from 2006. The palate is quite intriguing; limey and flinty in one mouthful, a little blousey and spicy in another, and altogether very entertaining."

2004 Firebird Shiraz was included in the Pick of the Crop from over 8,000 wines tasted in 2006 by Winestate Magazine. This is a prestigeous accolade for a 1st release and highlights the quality of the wine produced by our vineyard.

Philip White has reviewed the 2004 Firebrid Shiraz as follows:
"It has fresh slightly briary, tobacco-like topnotes settling on pleasant raspberry and dried prune fruit. It's clean, sinuous, elegant and jiucy with modest balanced tannins and gently supportive oak - particularly delicious. This si what I'd expect of the Hills."
