The Winemakers

Since 2007 winemaking responsibilities have rested with Mark Kozned and Peter Leske. Mark is studying towards a Masters of Viticulture and Oenology at the Waite campus of Adelaide University

Peter Leske was previously Chief Winemaker at Nepenthe, one of the most renowned Adelaide Hills wineries. He has been engaged as a consultant to Nova Vita Wines to improve fruit quality and winemaking practices.
